Most importantly, you will need to frequently communicate with your customers, and you will need to be good at this. After all, you are providing services to the customer and they do expect professional services. For example:
- Negotiate the price and details of the service
- Communicate any requirement of the photos. This is the hardest part as usually the clients will not be an expert in photos
- Place and time of the photo shot—clear communication is a must
- You also need to be skillful to handle dispute as well as unreasonable requests of the customers.
